Adidas expressed the need for a workplace that would enable their cultural aspirations - fitness, movement, collaboration, experimentation - where their talent became fearless and focused on winning. Our approach was to develop a workplace where every aspect was a big, bold idea or a movement. This was a workplace for a tribe of talented young minds, clad in Adidas apparel daily like a uniform, focused on doing things. The new workplace didn’t just change the experience for employees, it re-imagined their experience of work, play and life.
