Is there a link between a person’s learning style and their workplace preferences?

We built upon Gensler’s Workplace Performance Index by creating a survey based on Dr. Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences concept. Our goals were to identify alignments, trends, and patterns that exist between work modes and intelligence dominance. To establish these correlations, we surveyed 164 respondents at three Gensler offices.
