As an interior design expert, he serves as a key mentor in the studio and focuses on optimizing team structuring, ideation, and defining the path for growth of the India team, its business, and overall ethos. Subhashish leverages over 14 years of specialization in workspace design to advise and support the vision of international fintech clients. He has worked with clients such as Mahagun, Lodha, Studio 19, Mastercard, ADP, HSBC, Docusign, and Onsemi. His expertise extends to FF&E, retail, and hospitality design across projects of varying scales. His unique background inspires his work in mixed-use solutions across all projects he supports.
