ADP, a leading human resources management software and services provider, wanted to create a Hyderabad workplace campus that would integrate global brand values and guidelines with local cultural elements. The project posed several challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, which necessitated the use of virtual collaboration to maintain continuity. While already equipped with global guidelines, ADP sought to incorporate innovative workplace solutions to create a truly international space that reflects local perspectives.

The collaborative process entailed the layering of strategies, from conceptualization to fine-tuning, to ensure a cohesive and functional space. The resulting campus has been hailed as a benchmark for ADP’s global projects and a catalyst for the local community, effectively encouraging the return of workers to physical workplaces after remote work.
