Lena Kitson, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP

Lena Kitson is a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s Chicago office. A leader in the firm’s workplace practice, Lena has a broad range of experience leading projects and teams in delivering high-performance corporate office environments for Edelman, BP, Dunnhumby and others, with particular expertise in global financial and professional services clients.

She keeps clients’ main goals and objectives at the forefront while creating an overall approach and strategy that provides clear direction for project contributors and leads teams to deliver work that exceeds client expectations. Lena is a firmwide design management leader and is on the Management Committee for the firm’s Design Synergy community.
