Jay Koback, LEED AP BD+C

Jay is a Design Director in Gensler’s Minneapolis office, who is focused on product design and law firm design. His impressive interior design portfolio encompasses both small and large-scale projects, ranging from complex public spaces to commercial interiors. He is known for his unique integration of spatial design, planning, materials selection, and detailing. His dedication to conceptual and technical development is a great benefit to Gensler’s project teams and clients alike. As a result, he is often recognized for his visual communication techniques and clearly outlined design process.

Currently, Jay’s efforts are focused on helping to lead product design for the firm and he has successfully incorporated custom furniture into his recent law firm projects, yielding great results. In collaboration with companies such as Alessi and Stylex, Gensler is responding to clients’ needs in a changing world by creating custom options when the market is not able to accommodate them.
