New findings from the Gensler Research Institute can guide strategies on a successful return to the office.

An abundance of reports have surfaced recently about the relevance of the workplace in response to COVID-19. What we know now is that the overwhelming majority of people want to return to the office.

We worked with a third party to conduct an online, anonymous survey of 2,300+ U.S. workers across 10 different industries. Most want to go back to the office, but everyone expects to return to a better workplace than the one they left.
