In pivoting to embrace the future of hybrid work, this client sought a research-based portfolio and change strategy to plan for its new headquarters in Singapore. Gensler was engaged to develop a comprehensive workplace strategy, design a hybrid-ready workplace, and execute a curated change management program to support a smooth transition to new ways of working. Our partnership has since contributed to a significant increase in the client’s employee engagement levels, measured post-move in 2022.

Facing the challenges of pandemic conditions, we delivered an integrated project program through hybrid formats. By gathering insights from employees and leadership through various formats, Gensler’s Strategy team was able to holistically synthesize guiding principles to help the client realize its desired post-pandemic workplace experience. We partnered closely to ensure that the client’s hybrid work goals are in alignment with its future business needs.

Together, we co-created a new workplace experience in Singapore that reflects its brand identity and core values, attracts talent, and encourages retention. The client’s headquarters design is driven by its commitment to sustainability, employee wellbeing, and hybrid-readiness while its employees’ connection to these values is ignited through change management tools that promote compelling storytelling.
