For the relocation of its New York headquarters, global law firm Proskauer—with Gensler’s aid—carefully chose a newly constructed LEED Gold building. Proskauer again reached out to Gensler to create—within a strict timeframe—an environment in which high performance sustainability, state of the art technology, and world class services combine to push the envelope of what a law firm could be. The space presents a clean, modern, European feel, with many attributes found in high-end hotels. Public circulation areas serve as galleries, exhibiting the firm’s extensive art program and views and light are maximized throughout.
