Celebrating its 100th anniversary, McCann seized the opportunity to renovate its five-story New York headquarters and refresh its image as one of the advertising industry’s premier agencies. To bring drama and personality back to McCann’s workplace, Gensler provided a stylish yet versatile space that can accommodate a range of atmospheres at various times of day – including lounges for collaboration and socialization by day and client entertainment by night. Shedding its previous overly corporate appearance, the revitalized space includes a double-height reception area that rivals the city’s trendiest hotel lobbies. An open-plan layout consolidates and increases workplace efficiency, while maximizing natural light and stunning Midtown views.
