One Belleview Station

This LEED Gold-Certified 16-story office building is at the heart of a new 42-acre Transit-Oriented Development Master Plan, located prominently along Interstate I-25 in South Denver. Comprised of commercial offices, retail, and residential space, it sets a new standard for live-work developments along urban rail corridors where the suburbs and city can seamlessly blend. Ground-level retail activates the building and provides a connection to neighboring retail and residential blocks. An auto drop-off zone and a pedestrian path connected to the adjacent light rail station provide easy, direct access to the office building lobby which features collaborative work areas, service amenities, and informational media zones. Multi-toned precast panels on the facade reflect Denver’s abundant sunlight to simulate dynamic movement that mimics the bustling activity of the rail line, interstate, and city beyond.
