JLL at One Post Office Square

In reimagining JLL’s new workplace at One Post Office Square, Gensler maintained a strong focus on the client and employee experience. The three primary design goals were to showcase the company’s thought leadership, support its connected and dynamic community, and attract and inspire top talent. The targeted design strategy enabled JLL to effectively engage with its clients while also encouraging synergies across teams and supporting both hybrid and in-person work. The workplace includes new typologies of conference spaces, as well as a curated client experience zone to showcase the firm’s work. An inspired community space enables JLL to host internal and external events celebrating its culture. This hackable area also serves as a cafe, encouraging co-working while providing a social hub for employees.
