As a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s Boston office, Fran is a leader with a deep commitment to clients and teams. She maintains the highest standards of collaboration and project delivery, balancing big-picture perspective with a superlative eye for detail. Recognized for her successful large-scale project work, Fran has led multiple high-profile Boston headquarters projects for clients including Verizon, Sanofi, Reebok, and Partners HealthCare. As a Studio Director, she inspires the teams through passionate, hands-on mentorship, and serves as a Design Synergy leader, developing Design Management strategies shared across the region. Above all, Fran maintains an unwavering commitment to our clients’ goals that has resulted in a strong and growing network of meaningful client relationships. Fran holds a bachelor’s degree from Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
