As Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Boston office, Fran is a dedicated leader with a deep commitment to our clients and teams. She maintains the highest standards of project design and delivery, balancing a broad strategic vision with a meticulous eye for detail. Her expertise in skillfully managing large and complex projects is demonstrated by her leadership on award-winning headquarters for some of the region’s leading organizations, including Foundation Medicine, Verizon, Sanofi, Reebok, Mass General Brigham, and MathWorks. As a mentor and office leader, Fran inspires individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential. Above all, Fran is a trusted advisor who prioritizes understanding and achieving client goals, resulting in a strong and growing network of enduring relationships. Through her leadership on global accounts, she builds and strengthens collaboration across the firm. Fran holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
