Credit One Bank

Credit One Bank partnered with Gensler to design their new 150,000-square-foot corporate headquarters building. The highly visible building along the Las Vegas Beltway serves as permanent home to personnel that previously worked in 3 separate building locations. The design stitches together and strengthens the Credit One Bank corporate culture, providing an environment that enhances collaboration, increases staff retention, and aids in recruitment. The design concept of “Building the Vision through Community” was defined using 3 themes: “Where we Work” — neighborhoods zoned and designed for specific departmental needs; “Where we Gather” — areas dedicated to socialization and collaboration including formal and informal meeting areas, employee dining, and campus amenities; and “Embracing our Brand” — integrated branding including exterior lighting design, interior artwork, and integrated branding imagery.
