16 Chestnut, an eye-catching structure at the prominent location of 16th and Chestnut, completes the area immediately surrounding the gateway to Union Station and downtown Denver. Crafted to convey a timeless and intelligent elegance, a modern all-glass curtain wall is balanced with a rusticated precast base that connects the building to the historic roots of Denver’s architecture. One of its unique design elements is dual lobbies, each serving one of two primary tenants. One of only three core and shell buildings in Denver to achieve LEED Platinum, 16 Chestnut is a stunning new addition to the Union Station neighborhood and a prime example of the positive impacts of a well-planned and expertly executed development.
