Watershed

Watershed is a nine-story creative office building under development in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver. The architectural response has a stoic, timeless presence and the masonry facade connects the building to its historical context, instilling a level of permanence. Its formal approach is broken down by the artful nature of the window apertures and balconies, as well as by the integration of found pockets of open space that speak to the playful discovery of RiNo. The building cascades toward the Platte River in a series of stepping outdoor spaces, offering each tenant access to a customizable and unique Colorado experience.
