Steve is a passionate advocate for functional, cost-effective design excellence. With more than 25 years of experience in design leadership, his easy-going, yet diligent management style has established him as a trusted resource for clients and project teams. He excels at anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions, ensuring successful design delivery.

Steve has managed projects of all scales, budgets, and complexities, locally and around the US, with specialties in aviation, corporate interiors, building repositioning, healthcare, and fitness. His recent project work includes Dayton’s Repositioning, Hennepin County Library, and renovations at the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. Driven by curiosity and continuous learning, Steve values mentorship within his studio and the shared experience of watching designs come to life.
