Rory Carder, NCIDQ

As Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Phoenix office, along with serving as Operations Director and Co-Studio Director, Rory plays an integral role in the strategic growth and positioning of the Phoenix office. She brings over 25 years of workplace design experience spanning technology, financial services, professional services, office development, and government. Rory’s ability to gain the trust of both her clients and team members has been critical to her success, and she is known for her hands-on and transparent management approach. Rory provides experience-based design solutions to her clients and works with the design teams to bolster pipeline opportunities. She is a leader in the community and has received recognition from Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine (AZ|RE) as one of the “Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate” and is a current member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – Arizona Chapter.
