Doug is a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s New York office, leading award-winning, multifaceted projects throughout North America, Europe, and Asia for clients such as Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and the Estée Lauder Companies.
Doug’s extensive expertise, including prior roles as Project Architect, Technical Director, and Project Manager, allows him to guide his clients’ global business transformations with a holistic understanding of how real estate, business performance, and workplace innovation work hand-in-hand. Doug has a passion for fluidly interfacing with clients and project teams, and his technical, managerial, and communication skills enable him to anticipate and resolve project-related issues quickly. With more than two decades in practice, Doug’s organizational skills and project team leadership have facilitated the ongoing and recognized success of his projects.
Doug’s work has appeared in Fortune and Business Insider. He is a registered architect and earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
