Andy Kirch, AIA, LEED AP

Andy is a Design Director in Gensler’s Boston office with over 20 years of experience on a variety of project types, including higher education, corporate headquarters, athletic facilities, and retail design. He balances design expertise with a strong technical foundation, providing an integrated approach that delivers innovative solutions for each client. Andy’s work encompasses all aspects of the design process, from programming and feasibility studies to construction documentation and administration. Notable projects include an addition and renovation of Syracuse University’s Newhouse II School of Public Communications, a new facility for Syracuse University Athletics, multiple interdisciplinary academic buildings at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a reimagining of the Stratton Student Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
