As organizations continue to grapple with the new era of work, one thing is clear — the future workplace will be measured by performance, not presence.
Based upon the Gensler Research Institute’s survey of more than 16,000 workers in 15 countries, the Global Workplace Survey 2024 shows that workplace performance is no longer defined only by building efficiency and space effectiveness, it’s also measured by the emotional response to space: the workplace experience.
While Canadian employees rank the effectiveness of their workplace to be higher than the experience it provides, on both fronts, Canada ranks below the global average. Yet, less than a third of workplaces have been redesigned in the past three years.
Moderated by Gensler’s Client Relationship Leader Michelle Roundell, this webinar explores what Canadians truly want in the workplace, and how effective workplaces can yield positive outcomes for individuals, teams, and organizations. Panelists include: Gensler’s Strategy Director Kevin Katigbak, Work Studio Director Matthew Kobylar, and Senior Strategist Garima Gupta.
