With a focus on employee well-being, the thoughtfully designed space includes a central trading floor, along with quiet focus rooms for relaxation. A vibrant cafe area offers a putting green, pool table, ping-pong, and an in-house fitness area with a locker room for convenient midday workouts.

A clubhouse-style amenity zone, extending to the existing patio, gives team members the opportunity to socialize and unwind while taking in views of the lush, tree-lined landscape. Natural materials, such as raw wood used in the bar, embody Viking Forest Products’ work in the lumber industry, and bold branding emphasizes company culture and community while encouraging retention and recruitment.
