The Culver Studios

Hackman Capital Partners worked with Gensler to transform the historic Culver Studios into a dynamic, state-of-the-art digital media studio campus in the heart of downtown Culver City. The reimagined studio adds flexible and sustainable new media spaces and focuses on the adaptive reuse and reinvigoration of the most prominent buildings located across the iconic 14.3-acre space. The project also creates inviting, landscaped open areas and incorporates the sensitive treatment of neighborhood-facing interfaces. The Culver Studios’ media and digital content stages are designed to foster collaboration and content creation, including digital media, virtual reality, and creative technology development.
