The Buffet, Aria Resort & Casino

In renovating the Aria Buffet at the Aria Resort & Casino, Gensler worked to create a truly unique dining experience that encourages interconnectedness between hotel guests and staff and offers a more direct connection to Aria’s high quality gourmet food and drink offerings. To achieve this concept, Gensler removed entry walls, queue line walls and vertical ceiling folds, creating a more open, interactive and lively atmosphere. A colorful, illuminated sinuous wall banner featuring food selections spans the perimeter and warm wood shelving built atop existing food guards display fresh, gourmet ingredients. Completing the redesign is the incorporation of a rich color palette, high-end finish materials and textiles inspired by food, farm equipment and nature.
