Sotetsu Hotels’ The Splaisir brand marks its first domestic opening in this 221-room hotel located in Kanagawa. With a focus on plentiful accommodations, Gensler brought the concept of “Tsuzuru” (to weave) to life, blending Yokohama’s history with the hospitality brand’s unique identity.

The elegant entrance greets travelers with a calm, study-like ambiance, leading to a library-themed lobby that invites guests to linger with a bakery cafe, curated bookshelves, and artwork on display. This seamlessly connected space flows into the hotel’s restaurant, which offers areas for relaxation, meetings, and work. Guest rooms reflect Yokohama’s modern character, with themes like Yokohama Blue for to reflect a sense of urban calm, Cityscape Gray to add an element of sophistication, Sky Blue to embody energy, and Brick Orange to provide warmth.

国内初の「相鉄ホテルズ _ザ・スプラジール」ブランドとして登場したこのプロジェクトは、221室の宿泊特化型ホテル。「綴る」をコンセプトに、横浜の歴史とホテルブランドの世界観が融合したデザインを実現した。

重厚感のあるエントランスは、書斎のような落ち着いた空間でゲストを迎える。その先にはベーカリー＆カフェを備えたロビーが広がり、ライブラリーをテーマにした書架やアートが並ぶ。レストランへと続く開放的な空間は、休憩や打ち合わせなど、さまざまなシーンに対応している。

4種類の客室は、それぞれ横浜の異なる魅力を表現。都会的な横浜ブルー、洗練された街なみグレー、自由で活気のあるスカイブルー、温かみのあるレンガオレンジが、個性豊かな空間を作り上げている。
