Reach Movement Studio

Reach Movement Studio transforms physical therapy by making Musculoskeletal (MSK) care accessible, engaging, and affordable to all. Gensler led the experience strategy and design with Bardavon Health Innovations and their brand agency, Elephant, to define the customer experience for their first retail health location. Visible from the entry, 3D Motion Capture assesses movers’ MSK health, draws in users, and showcases the studio’s state-of-the-art technology. Prominent digital signage flanks the entryway to provide transparent information regarding scheduling and PT programs held in the space. Gensler established a flexible design language to maximize a small retail footprint and support the rollout of future locations. The new physical therapy studio design incorporates a highly efficient movement area with therapy tables that fold into the walls, space for group training, virtual sessions, and consulting rooms for private therapy.
