Radio Flyer

When redesigning their headquarters in Chicago, Radio Flyer wanted to bring their rich history and culture of delight to life in the space. To capture the spirit of the little red wagon, Gensler’s team worked with Radio Flyer to create an exhibit space spanning the brand’s history — from the first Liberty Flyer to the newest electric Tesla collaboration. Tin can telephones allow children to record and pass on their Radio Flyer experiences, and in the “Test Track” — a playroom for testing new products — a giant felt mural pays tribute to some of the imagined adventures one can have from inside a Radio Flyer.
