For this Dubai-based private equity firm's first Mexico City office, Gensler delivered a timeless solution in the iconic Torre Virreyes that showcases the sophistication of Mexican design while communicating the company’s global influence and values. A departure from its previous closed office environment, the new space transforms every aspect of how the firm works. Barriers have been removed to foster collaboration, mentorship, learning and a culture of transparency. The layout maximizes breathtaking views of Chapultepec Park and Reforma Avenue, with open work areas occupying the floor’s perimeter and semiprivate spaces around the core. A simple palette allows natural materials to contrast with a black and white environment for a crisp, modern aesthetic.
