Planit Headquarters

To accommodate its rapid growth, this award-winning ad agency relocated to the highly visible former King Syrup facility, filled with gritty industrial character. With the goal of becoming  “better, smarter, faster, cooler,” the renovated space embodies “the hero’s journey” — from order to chaos to a new order. Accordingly, the design moves from the clean linearity of account services (order) to the jumbled diagonals of creative services (chaos), and ultimately to the tranquility of the viewing room (new order). Many of the building’s original industrial features were preserved, including sliding fire doors, exposed brick and concrete floors.
