One Paseo

One Paseo is a live-work-play mixed-use development that offers innovative office space, curated retail, and luxury apartments, all within a walkable, vibrant community. Gensler designed two office buildings with 286,000-square-feet of high-performance workplace surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and amenity decks. One of the buildings has a lobby that can transform into an outdoor space and connect with the plaza by lifting bi-fold operable walls. Public plazas flow through the campus offering a comfortable blend of tree-lined environments filled with shops and restaurants steps away from the office.
