This created a simplistic and neutral envelope that allows creativity to be displayed, developed, and critiqued at any moment. Gensler completed the design process – transforming a totally closed-office environment into a 75-percent open plan – within budget and on schedule, producing a space that exceeds client expectations and improves employee morale.
