Modivcare selected Gensler to design the interiors for its new Denver headquarters, located in the Denver Tech Center. Spanning two floors, the new workspace will be home to 400 employees and is designed to support future expansion as Modivcare continues to grow. Working closely with the client, Gensler focused on developing a thoughtful design that echoes the organization’s new brand, values, and personality. Defined as a legacy project by Modivcare, the headquarters design reflects its identity as a tech-enabled healthcare company that is foundational for community support. At its core, Modivcare connects people in their community with the services it provides. Connection serves as a leading design concept at the workplace, which features ample spaces that enable employees to easily interact, collaborate, and be with one another.
