Mediaocean, the world’s largest advertising technology company, was formed through a merger between MediaBank and Donovan Data Systems. The new company came to Gensler to design its New York headqarters, envisioned as a reflection of Mediaocean’s people and what matters to them. Having evaluated numerous sites, buildings and neighborhoods, the deign team selected the space bested suited to the company’s desire for a healthy work/life/play balance for its diverse workforce. Gensler proposed a “Me to We” solution, with a 100-percent, collaborative open plan to increase individual and team productivity. The headquarters provides a broad mix of amenities and support spaces, and in seeking LEED® Silver certification, demonstrates Mediaocean’s commitment to sustainability
