Ideal Tower

Ideal Tower will bring 330,000 square feet of premier office space to the heart of Allentown, Pennsylvania. Rising 21 floors and 326 feet tall, it will become the tallest building in the Lehigh Valley, adding a shimmering landmark to the central business district’s skyline. Inspired by Allentown’s rich history as one of the world’s top silk producers, the new office building’s silhouette mimics the soft lines of a roll of fabric, using an offset diagonal architectural glass wall on the front of the structure to represent the edge of the roll, and stainless-steel accent fins to represent the characteristic “slubs” in silk fabrics’ texture. From this seam, integrated terraces and Juliet balconies emerge, providing distributed outdoor spaces with commanding views of downtown and beyond.

Ideal Tower offers tenants a variety of amenities including co-working areas, a shared auditorium, hospitality spaces, and much more.
