Hogan Lovells partnered with Gensler to embark upon a phased renovation to revamp its Hong Kong workplace, driven by the goals of strengthening company culture and improving the overall experience in the office. The design team incorporated the extensive use of glass office fronts to dramatically increase transparency and daylight and opted for a single-sized universal office design, complete with centralized pantry lounges, adjustable desks and chairs, and perimeter corners for open collaboration spaces. A collaboration between Gensler and Hogan Lovells, the firm’s Hong Kong office promotes flexibility, productivity, and employees’ wellbeing in a completely refreshed and innovative work environment that truly befits this top international law firm.
