Heights at Del Mar

Located directly across from the Del Mar Highlands Town Center, Heights at Del Mar is a new four-story corporate headquarter office building that offers three levels of office space over one level of parking. The project takes full advantage of the area’s topography by creating a stepped lobby connecting the interior campus courtyard at the plaza level with the main building entrance at street level. The cascading layout softens the structure’s mass and enhances the entry features on opposing sides of the building. Multiple outdoor amenity spaces integrate the new building with the existing campus. Framed by large sliding doors, the two main outdoor patios feature uninterrupted views of the Torrey Pines State Reserve.
