The renovation of Office Tower X at Triton Square, a business hub in Harumi with over a century of history, redefines its identity and creates a memorable waterfront destination. The “Gate Oasis” concept fosters connections through a welcoming, vibrant space.

A striking spiral LED installation in the lobby shifts with the weather and time, offering a dynamic experience. The tenant lounge, with wave-like louvers, and flexible conference rooms support diverse workstyles.

Inspired by water and waves, the office building design integrates motifs, lighting, and art to enhance its open, refreshing atmosphere. Dubbed the “Grand Edition,” Office Tower X has been transformed into a next-generation office building.

100年以上の歴史を持つ晴海でビジネスの中心を担ってきたトリトンスクエアのオフィスタワーXを改修。ウォーターフロントのブランドイメージを確立し、人が集まり記憶に残るオフィスビルを目指した。デザインコンセプトは"GATE OASIS"。憩いの場（=オアシス）を通じて、人やビジネスがつながる環境を創出した。

エントランスロビーには、LEDスクリーンで制作したスパイラルの巨大オブジェを設置。天候や時間帯に応じて映像が変化し、訪れるたびに異なる表情を見せる。波状ルーバーが印象的なテナント専用ラウンジや、可動間仕切りを備えイベントや展示会にも対応できる1階のカンファレンスルームが、多様なワークスタイルを支える。波や水辺をイメージしたモチーフや照明、アートを随所に取り入れ、ウォーターフロントならではの開放感を演出。オフィスタワーXは"GRAND EDITION"の名のもと、さらに進化したオフィスビルへと生まれ変わった。
