Gateway Hotel

This mid-rise, extended-stay hotel adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Medical School Campus is part of a massive redevelopment effort in East Baltimore. The 182-room hotel will anchor one end of a new, three-block-long green space called Eager Park, also designed by Gensler. The Gateway Hotel will feature a full-service fitness center open to the public, a 30,000-square-foot marketplace that will include restaurants and a variety of retail, catering to the influx of interest and development in this rich center of research and innovation.
