Adjustable workstations support various working styles. Lounges accommodate collaboration, socialization and client meetings. Vibrant colors bring the Brazilian culture to life – from an undulating yellow felt floating ceiling to elaborate murals adorning key walls, while white boards on others invite staff to interact with their space. With minimal barriers, the flexible environment is one where employees can share ideas and enjoy work in a way consistent with Meta’s eclectic, dynamic style.
