The design of the office building combines modernist-industrialist structures with articulated terraces and balconies inspired by the terraced homes that dot the hills to the north.

Offering adaptable space, the creative office building encourages a level of hacking or customization for tenants to suit evolving models of work-life. Rising over 200 feet, the tower provides retail and parking, as well as workspaces with direct views to the Hollywood hills, its iconic sign, and other landmarks of Los Angeles. Offering more than 25,000 square feet of elevated terrace indoor-outdoor space, EPIC prioritizes occupants’ wellbeing and access to the outdoors, while also establishing a sense of place.

Designed for future mobility, parking floors are engineered to convert to Class A office space while the rooftop has a lobby and infrastructure for drone delivery. The LEED Gold office building incorporates sustainable design features, such as the first façade-integrated solar photovoltaic system in Los Angeles and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
