Diridon

Adjacent to San Jose’s historic Diridon train station, this new intermodal transit district will serve nearby sports, business and tourist destinations. Central to the vision of this transit-oriented, mixed-use community, Diridon is designed to appeal to the new creative class of tenants in the area. Inspired by the notions of neighborhoods and connections — at both the urban and building scale — the plan features large floor plates in a double-core building, with a connector between two. The project is poised to become a new destination and an energizing anchor to the ever-expanding San Jose–San Francisco transit corridor.
