Connell Foley
Roseland, New Jersey
Connell Foley desired a transformative design that was built for the future of the firm while also staying true to their history. Leaving behind their 1980's legacy space for a more modern building at 56 Livingston in Roseland, New Jersey, Connell Foley's transformation started with adapting to a two-size office standard. Partners had a choice of furniture layouts with a more progressive option of a work wall with a sit-to-stand desk. Visitors enter through a welcoming, first-floor lobby to the centralized conference center and hospitality area. Employees enter through the second-floor work café that has a more vibrant look and feel. A communicating stair at the center of the space serves as the main connection for employees and visitors.
