With a focus on the human experience, this confidential client developed a 28-acre plastics manufacturing facility with an efficient and effective design. A scenic entryway guides visitors toward an administration building located in front of a secure fence on property. The administrative building design includes three control rooms, an open workspace and huddle rooms, a town hall gathering space, and a prayer room to accommodate the needs of global executives and heads of state.

Three additional buildings are located behind the fence. The warehouse contains two high bays for equipment maintenance and repair and office space. The laboratory building contains a lab for polyethylene material testing. Additionally, the plant can cover its immediate emergency response needs with an on-site firehouse with four bays. Seeking to be good neighbors and stewards of nature, the campus is seamlessly integrated into the community with park-like landscaping and access to nearby walking trails that connect to lake areas.
