CRBE’s recently renovated Saddle Brook office exemplifies the real estate company’s new Workplace360 guidelines. The new standards focus on giving employees choice in how they work and access technology and tools, to create a flexible yet seamless workplace. Gensler’s design opens up the floor to more natural light, and features new conference, huddle and focus rooms, open collaboration areas and a large work café. The public “Idea Center” showcases the collaborative spirit of CBRE for clients and visitors, while the office’s graphic design tells the story of New Jersey. Bright and airy, the project reduced lighting and water consumption by 40 percent.
