The real estate firm tasked Gensler with creating a space that best represents and celebrates all that CBRE Raleigh has to offer. Its new offices in downtown Raleigh have high ceilings and warm materials, which provide a welcoming environment to employees and visitors. The office is organized into neighborhoods with private workstations and collaborative meeting areas, all of which offer sweeping views of the city. This new office reflect’s CBRE Raleigh’s warm culture while allowing them to work better, collaborate more and take full advantage of their space.
