The Baycurrent headquarters embodies a borderless and inclusive workplace design concept by eliminating psychological and physical barriers, creating an accessible and navigable space for all. Gensler designed a high-hospitality office focused on human experience, offering a comfortable, hotel-like environment with premium services.

Sustainability and digital technology are woven together throughout the interiors, most notably in the office’s “Innovation Base” — a meeting space featuring experiential digital signage and a large display screen for hosting dynamic discussions. Featuring with artwork inspired by its logo, the workplace design reflects Baycurrent’s values and a strong sense of community among employees.

本社移転プロジェクトでは、「Borderless & Inclusive」をコンセプトに、部門や社員の垣根をなくし、誰もが直感的に使いやすく、快適に働けるオフィスを実現。人の体験を軸に、ホテルのような快適さと上質なサービスを備えた、ホスピタリティの高いワークプレイスを目指した。

ウェルカムエリアの先には、「イノベーションベース」と呼ばれる会議室を配置。サステナビリティとデジタルの融合をテーマに、体験型デジタルサイネージや大型スクリーンを備え、活発な議論を生み出す場として活用されている。また、社内イベントにも活用されるワークカフェに加え、執務エリアには3フロアをつなぐ階段を設置。各階の階段周りにはサロンやインフォメーションボードを設け、社員同士の自然な交流と情報共有を促すオフィスの中心となっている。
