Atlanta Tech Village – Sylvan

A decade after opening their first location, the founders of Atlanta Tech Village partnered with Gensler on a new vision to build a magnetic hub that pulls together creative and tech entrepreneurs into an expanding community of dreamers in the heart of South Atlanta. Designed to serve creative entrepreneurs of all kinds, Atlanta Tech Village Sylvan brings renewed energy and serves as a beacon among the active transformation of Atlanta’s downtown area.

Spanning approximately 30,000 square feet, the newest location of the startup hub is designed to attract and support a wide range of users through its variously sized startup suites, along with a mix of focus rooms, huddle rooms, soft seating nooks, and community hub spaces. A catalyst to the revitalization of South Downtown Atlanta, the new Atlanta Tech Village Sylvan will build community, spark serendipitous interactions, enhance hospitality, remove roadblocks, and inspire positive change.
