Gensler partnered with CBRE IM to reimagine 10 Gresham Street, transforming the property into one of the leading sustainable and low-carbon refurbishments in the London market. The 145,000-square-foot Grade A workplace project preserves the building’s original structure and shell, including its iconic facade. The office building transformation will usher in a new sustainable future for the architectural landscape of the city and set standards by enhancing biodiversity and leveraging the power of clean, 100% electric energy.

Blurring the lines between natural and urban spaces, its mass timber rooftop pavilion and terrace extension elevate the existing building to new heights. These additions create a series of distinct zones for meetings and provide occupants and visitors with access to fresh air, greenery, and sweeping panoramic views. The result will be a premium office environment that attracts a highly skilled workforce and suits the needs and preferences of tenants of today while also remaining adaptable for tenants of the future.
