Yishio adeptly balances form and function to design spaces and products that are elegant, simple, and timeless. Well-known and respected by many of the world’s leading manufacturers and fabricators, she has created strikingly detailed spaces and collaborated with producers to craft original custom carpet, case goods, and furniture. Yishio also curates a highly regarded speaker series in Gensler’s Houston office and organizes the firm’s biennial trip to Milan’s international furniture fair. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Houston, where she also serves as a portfolio adviser.
