Whitley Wood, IIDA, LEED AP

Whitley is the Co-Managing Director of Gensler Charlotte, as well as a Firmwide Client Relationships Leader with a focus on Gensler’s global financial services firms. In this role, she applies more than 15 years of experience in the management and design of workplace environments to build meaningful, long-term client relationships, delivering value through insightful strategy and innovative design solutions. Whitley has a deep portfolio of work with financial services clients, allowing her to bring industry insight and the latest trends to them. She leverages her expertise to lead teams across multiple offices for some of the firm’s largest financial services clients. Whitley holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). A registered interior designer, she is active in the IIDA Carolinas Chapter and serves on UNCG’s Department of Interior Architecture Board of Advisors.
